Resident Artist in 2026.

Chun Chang (b.1989, Taiwan) is a sculptor and jewellery artist. She completed an MFA in Gemstone and Jewellery at Hochschule Trier Campus Idar-Oberstein, Germany (2023-2025), following a BA in Jewellery from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie, Amsterdam (2013-2017), and a BA in Arts and Design from the National Taipei University of Education, Taiwan (2007-2011).

While in residence, Chun Chang explored the potential of wood carving as a language for contemporary jewellery and small-scale sculpture. Inspired by Japanese netsuke, Chun is interested in how functional forms become cultural carriers, and how this idea can be reinterpreted today.
